Overview

ONE-BILL® is a free billing option for qualifying customers, which combines your local and Verizon Wireless charges on one easy-to-understand bill. Your monthly statement includes an organized summary page of total charges for local and wireless calls as well as any other charges that currently appear on your local bill.*

  • Requires no fee to sign up and it's easy to qualify.
  • Allows you to automatically enroll all Verizon Wireless phones on your account at the same time.
  • Allows you to send your bill to the same Verizon address or pay online using Verizon.com with your selected method.

  • Is available only to Verizon customers who receive local service from Verizon and wireless service from Verizon Wireless.
  • Once you're enrollment is approved, you will receive ONE-BILL® within 1-3 billing cycles.

Customer Qualifying Info and Plan Information*

ONE-BILL® is available only to business customers who receive local service from Verizon and wireless service from Verizon Wireless.

  • You must not have an outstanding balance and you must have good payment history.
  • You must not have a security deposit, credit limit, or toll cap.
  • You must be authorized to request this change on both your local and Verizon Wireless accounts.
  • You will need to terminate any electronic payment plan set up through your bank or other financial institution. Payment plans set up through Verizon Wireless will be automatically cancelled.

After you are enrolled, you may register with www.verizon.com for Online Bill Presentation and Payment of your ONE-BILL® account. If you are already registered with www.verizon.com, your consolidated bill will be available for viewing within two to three billing cycles of approved enrollment. Long distance services provided by Verizon Long Distance or Verizon Enterprise Solutions are not available in all areas. Services originating in, or private line, toll-free, or equivalent services terminating in Alaska currently not available. ONE-BILL® is currently available in all states where Verizon local service is offered.

* DIRECTV® services cannot be included in ONE-BILL®.

* You must currently receive your local services from Verizon and your wireless service from Verizon Wireless to be eligible.

* Coin, government, enterprise, and fictitious accounts are not eligible for this service. Please call your local business office for further information.

Long distance services provided by Verizon Long Distance or Verizon Enterprise Solutions are not available in all areas. Services originating in, or private line, toll-free or equivalent services terminating in Alaska currently not available.
