With our SimpleOptions Calling Plan, you will enjoy:
You also get the same low per-minute rate for all your state-to-state inbound toll-free calls. And if you're switching from another carrier, you can keep your current toll-free number. You will be charged an early-termination fee if you cancel your Simple Options plan before the end of the agreed-upon term. This early-termination charge is 35% of your minimum spending level commitment multiplied by the number of months remaining in the term of the agreement.
You will also be charged your minimum spending level commitment even if your long distance usage is less than this commitment.
SimpleOptions customers can reduce their minimum spending commitment by one level, once in a bill cycle without incurring a penalty.
Calling card calls carried and billed by Verizon are just 36¢ a minute. Calling card calls are 34¢ with the one-year term plan and 31¢ with the three-year term plan. The Verizon long distance calling card is available to businesses that choose Verizon for their long distance service.

Long distance services are provided by Verizon Enterprise Solutions (VES). Only charges imposed by VES contribute to the MSL, including charges for direct-dialed regional and long distance toll calls, operated-assisted calls, VES calling card long distance calls, and charges under international calling plans and toll-free service. Charges imposed by other Verizon affiliates, including your local Verizon telephone company, do not contribute to the MSL. Charges such as taxes, Universal Service Fund (USF) surcharges, presubscribed interexchange carrier charges, pay phone charges, early-termination charges, nonrecurring charges, and calling card usage (carried by a carrier other than VES) also do not contribute to the MSL. A shortfall charge, equal to the difference between the MSL and the actual amount spent on long distance charges, will apply for each month that customers do not reach their MSL in that month.
All calling card charges will appear on your local phone company bill. Applicable per-call surcharges may apply. A 50¢ surcharge will apply to all calls placed from a domestic pay phone. International calls that terminate to wireless phones or premium services may incur additional charges.
Additional charges, taxes, surcharges, and restrictions apply. Detailed pricing information will be available when you place your order. © 2008 Verizon. All rights reserved.
