Toll-Free Service opens the lines of communication with your customers, offering them a simple and money-saving calling option. With Toll-Free Service, you get call control and your customers pay nothing to talk to you.

At Verizon, we value your business needs and are constantly looking for ways to help you save money. That's why we will waive the one-time $15 per-line setup fee as well as the $12 per-line monthly fee for the first two months of service. Calls are rated and discounted according to your calling plan, so your calling plan so your expenses can be kept to a minimum.

Calls can originate nationwide or from Canada.

Includes number portability that lets you keep your toll-free number when you switch to Verizon Long Distance.

Calls contribute to minimum spending levels for your Verizon Long Distance calling plan.

Allows you to avoid the expense of collect calls from traveling employees.

FEATURES

A customer dials an 800/888/877/866 toll-free number and is routed to a termination location of your choice. Subject to availability, you have the option of selecting a vanity toll-free number that's easy to remember. For even greater convenience, billing for Toll-Free Service has value-added features:

Charges are itemized.

Origination number and location are provided for each call.

Call duration is displayed in minutes and seconds.

Billing is sorted by the toll-free number called.

Incoming toll-free calls are billed at the same low rate as your Verizon Long Distance calling plan.

Receive toll-free calls from Canada.

Block incoming toll-free calls by area code, exchange, or phone number.

Optional Routing Features

Route Toll-Free calls to your choice of location by:

Time of day.

Day of week.

Day of year.

Originating area code.

Originating area code plus local exchange.

Or any combination of these options.

Receive toll-free detail on monthly bills.

All your long distance Toll-Free calls will be sorted by Toll-Free number on your monthly long distance bill, and each listing will display the number, origin, and duration of the call.

Plus you can also use our Account Codes option to track Toll-Free calls back to specific projects and clients.

NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE: Effective January 17, 2009, your Toll Free Service, Monthly Recurring Charge will increase from $12.00 to $15.00. We will be happy to review your account and calling needs with you. Visit www.verizon.com or call your local business office.
