Overview
Enhance customer service by viewing a customer's number on your Caller ID unit and pulling the account history before you answer. Caller ID with Anonymous-Call Rejection allows you to reject calls from people who prevent their names and telephone numbers from being displayed on your Caller ID device. When Anonymous-Call Block is on, these callers will hear an announcement telling them that you are not accepting blocked calls. They will be instructed to hang up and dial again, without blocking their names and telephone numbers.
BENEFITS
FEATURES
Depending on the capabilities of different long-distance providers, some telephone numbers may not appear on Caller ID. A compatible display device, which you can purchase through Verizon or another retailer, is required for this service to work. Your display device records the date and time of each call and logs telephone numbers for later reference. Service may not be available in all states. Additional charges, taxes, surcharges, and restrictions apply. Detailed pricing information will be available when you place your order. © 2008 Verizon. All rights reserved.
