Overview

Caller ID displays the caller's name and telephone number on a display device so you'll know who is calling before you answer. Give each caller appropriate attention-whether it's your most important client or a prospective customer.

Enhances customer service by connecting Caller ID to your network with special software. You'll know the customer's history before picking up the call.

FEATURES

Provides the ability to easily track the time and date of every call, even if the caller doesn't leave a message.

Requires a Caller ID display unit, which shows the name and/or number of the person calling.

If callers block their telephone numbers or are calling outside specially equipped areas, an "Out-of-Area" or "Private" message may be displayed.

Depending on the capabilities of different long-distance providers, some telephone numbers may not appear on Caller ID.
