Both new and current Verizon voice mail subscribers will need to contact Verizon Wireless directly to set up call forwarding for their wireless numbers.
Subscription to Call-Forwarding-No Answer/Busy/Transfer (CF-NA/BT) from Verizon Wireless is required to forward wireless calls to OnePoint voice mailbox. Additional monthly charges may apply for CF-NA/BT. Verizon Wireless is a separate subsidiary.
Service is available to business customers only.
Toll rates apply for calls made to voice mail system from outside customer's local calling area.
Measured local service, local — usage or message — unit charges apply for calls forwarded to voice mailbox and calls to check messages.
Service activation and monthly service charges apply.
